Judge Kenneth A. Rocco was first elected to the Eighth District Court of Appeals in 1996.

Family: Married to Rebecca, a retired educator; children: Elizabeth, a physician and former Peace Corps volunteer, and Kathleen, an environmental educator.

Education: A.B. from Ohio University (1962); J.D. from Case Western Reserve School of Law (1965).

Experience: Ohio Court of Appeals (1997 to present); Common Pleas Court Juvenile Division (1983 to 1996); Ohio General Assembly (1975 to 1982); Practicing Attorney (1965 to 1982); Prosecutor, City of Parma (1966 to 1972); U. S. Army, Active Duty and Reserves (1957 to 1963).

Professional Recognition:  Highest rating of judicial service by the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and its predecessors in 2008, 1996, 1994 and 1988.  2011 Outstanding Association for Justice.
